Born as a blues bass player, Paolo has come back to his origins
joining the Snakedoctors in 1997 after a long live and
studio experience with funk-rock italian bands.
After learning "the hard way" for many years in local bands he has
first played with "Rendez-Vous" and then joined forces with "Meccano".
With this successful italian duo he has toured at the end of the eighties
adding TV shows to his already impressive list of accomplishments.
Paolo has a distinct, cristal-clear sound and favors a minimalistic
approach to base playing…an essential carachteristic for a blues band
where the base has to lay the groove without too much fuss.
